I found the location very convenient near the city center. The room was modern and clean with good equipment. I appreciated the detailed instructions the hotel provides for using the mobile key app. The self check-in machine made my arrival very easy to manage.
I found no microwave in the well-equipped kitchen.

Superb Spot with a Great View!

This location is prime. I walked everywhere and found shops, groceries, and restaurants easily. The room was also quiet, especially at night. I never heard any doors slamming. The view made it great!
I encountered some rude phone support when I needed assistance, which wasn't helpful. Making multiple calls to resolve a simple issue shouldn't be necessary. I also feel that improvements could be made.

The apartment was a good size it felt quiet too. Everything was clean and new i really appreciated that. The gym had necessary equipment and the laundry facilities were convenient. The location was good with a supermarket nearby i could easily walk to the town centre.
The small window in the hotel allowed little airflow something that was not ideal

The check-in process was non-face-to-face which i found convenient. Support via phone seemed somewhat slow i hope it improves. the digital key access worked well after the initial setup which gave independence.

There was a coffee maker available i could make my own coffee. The hob and oven were useful for meal preparation adding self-sufficiency. A large fridge was included which ensured i had enough space for groceries .

The hotel is a short walk to the center it was very accessible. A bus stop is also nearby it made public transportation easy. I noticed a eurospar supermarket just next door this was convenient for groceries.

mobile key issuesmalfunctioning washer
The mobile app system was problematic. i had trouble accessing my room late at night after a tour. no staff was available to help, and i spent hours trying to log in. the washing machine in the laundry room also malfunctioned. I paid thrice, but my clothes remained wet. (it was quite frustrating, i must admit!)
